This Sports Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 9:00 a.m. EST 8/21/19 – 11:59 p.m. EST on 12/31/20. If we decide to withdraw this Sports Promotion, this will not impact any qualifying bets you have placed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal takes place.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION:

This Sports Promotion is open to players located in the state of New Jersey at time of wagering, aged 21 years or over opening a new Online or App BetMGM account through betmgm.com, between 9:00 a.m. EST on 8/21/19 & 11:59 p.m. EST on 12/31/20, unless otherwise noted.
Employees of the promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS SPORTS PROMOTION:

To claim this Sports Promotion, you must deposit a minimum of $10 in to your account and place, as your first real money bet after opening your account, any sports wager. Only the first $500 of the first wager are eligible for this promotion.
A bet will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion if for any reason it becomes Void.
On placing your Qualifying Bet, if your bet loses, you'll become eligible to risk-free, free bets back up to $500.
Maximum eligible free bet back (upon loss of first sports bet) for this wager is $500.
If your Qualifying Bet loses, you'll receive free bets back in denominations of 10% of the total number of free bet earnings you're eligible for.
- Example 1: If you deposit $500 and place a $500 wager and this wager loses, you'll receive $500 in free bets.
  - The free bets will be broken down to ten (10) $50 free bets
- Example 2: If you deposit $250 and place a $250 wager and this wager loses, you'll receive $250 in free bets.
  - The free bets will be broken down to ten (10) $25 free bets
All free bets will be automatically credited to your account within 24 hours of the end of the event.
Free bets are limited to one per person, household (IP address) and/or computer.

RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR FREE BET:

Free Bets can only be redeemed via Online or App and must be used as a single bet within 7 days of them being credited to your account. If you attempt to place a free bet for a lesser total stake than the value of your free bet, the remaining value of the free bet will be forfeited. (Example: if you have a $10 free bet, and place an $8 wager with that free bet, you will forfeit the remaining $2.)
Free bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
Free bets cannot be redeemed on any Poker, Casino, Live Casino, Games or Slots.
Free bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
Please note that the value of your free bet will not be included in any winnings.
Your free bet is not returned if your free bet wager becomes void.
You cannot "Cash Out" your free bet(s).
The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this Sports Promotion.

IMPORTANT TERMS:
